Did you know that you can now access your owner statements online?
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.
Twice a month you will get notified that a new statement is available. You can view ledger activity, see invoices, leases and lease renewals. At the end of the year, you will get a complete summary. At tax time, you will either get a 1099 in your portal or a 1042 for international investors.
